Gave me a good quote and arranged to meet at my flat and did not show up for two appointments as he said was in a meeting which is understandable. The issue is, I had to reach out they did not have the courtesy to say they were not coming. Seemed friendly at first but was quite rude via messages when I mentioned I was unaware there would be a VAT added charge said “it’s common sense” Lastly after all of that sent me a text to say the “director” has had to cancel the job as they have to prioritise another job they had on hold. Did not even say they could do my job in the future. Tbh very unprofessional I hateeee to leave negative reviews but this is unnaceptable. Never even came to see the property. Please do better. It’s stressful enough trying to find the right contractors.
